How big are the posters?

You can choose which size you want, available sizes are:

  • 21x30cm
  • 30×40 cm
  • 50x70cm

I made a mistake in my order, can you change it?

If the order is not processed yet, we can change the order but most of the time it will be processed instantly.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping for orders above 39,- is free. Shipping for orders below 39,- is 4.95

I would like to make a complaint, how can I do that?

All complaints (damaged or defective posters) must be submitted within one week of receipt. Complaints should be sent to info@starryskyposter.com.

Can I return my poster?

Because all our posters are custom made, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster has arrived damaged.

Can i cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been taken into production, we can still cancel the order, as soon as the order is in production, we can unfortunately no longer cancel it.

Usually all posters are immediately put into production.

How long does the delivery take?

We ship worldwide using reliable international couriers. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country.

  • Standard shipping: Your order will be shipped within 3–5 working days

  • Express shipping: Your order will be shipped within 1–2 working days

A working day counts if your order is placed and paid before 14:00 (2 PM Amsterdam time, UTC+1 / UTC+2 during daylight saving time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

We are a Dutch company, and our office and production team are closed on official Dutch public holidays.

Is a frame included?

No, frames are sold separately.

You can pay by iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or invoice. Please note that the payment options vary depending on the country you come from.

Can I get the poster in my preferred language?

All our posters have been translated into more than 20 languages. And you can also use customized text.

What paper do you use?

Our posters are printed on wood-free satin-finished mc glossy paper and are of nice sturdy quality (250 g / m²) on which the colors look beautiful and they will last a lifetime.
